Bleh

Stars, so. The UK Supreme Court passed a ruling this morning giving the thumbs up to gender essentialism, which, gross. I’ve been taking advantage of my current Fallout 4 play to distract me from feeling too doomful. Youngest also helped by coming through to take advantage of the PS5 being available, thereby blocking me from watching the news on loop.

But yeah, it’s exhausting and like… cruel, and I wish that people would punch up rather than down. I mean, shit, a bunch of rich girls went up in ‘space’ for a few minutes at a cost of hundreds of millions, but don’t let transfolx get the care they need, and respect as fellow human beings. Don’t let children get food and housing. If the US and UK are supposed to be peaks of civilisation, both are failing miserably and honestly, kind of fiddling while their cities burn. 

(Not literal burning… not yet. But I’d not be surprised to see it under the current circumstances.)

Past that, I realised earlier that I’d cocked up my Etsy shipping costs abroad at some point in the past… which might part explain why I’ve not had as many orders. So hopefully I’ve got that sorted out now. We’ll see.
