Ring Around

I’m apparently still in doing-shop-things mode. I got all those patterns up last night, and then had to go and do a small addendum to all of them earlier. But at least that’s done. Now I just have to find the spoons to take a million photographs of rings. My back is a bit cranky, so maybe I’ll take something and see if that coaxes me in the right direction.

Just finished chatting with both of my kids a bit. Sometimes Advanced Parenting™® slams you right in the face and well. I hopefully did my best recognising and validating my kids’ feelings. I won’t get into specifics, because that’s between us. 🙂 It’s important to recognise a child’s right to privacy, and yeah.

I should add that like… I love the parenting gig, the highs and the lows. It’s edifying to help two really cool kids become people. And that even with ‘easy’ kids, there’s still work to be put in. But we’re here for that. We love seeing who they are becoming — the people they want to be. We’re just there to help them be better rounded and to help them pick up some advanced humaning skills. xD

Right. I should try to rub brain cells together and go take 500 photos of rings. It’s a party, heh.
