Z decided that we should extend the table for dinner tonight, so we did. Not that we’ve had dinner yet, so Mum hasn’t seen it back in action. One thing the cats have been doing since we’ve started our decluttering efforts is go and stand in the freshly cleared spaces, just because they can. We had our first session with the declutterer today, starting in the kitchen. She originally estimated that it would take 12 hours; we had it pretty much knocked on its head in 4. Mum got a call this morning that FiL’s’ stone had been laid. So the three of us nominal adults loaded up to go check it out. Gotta say, we picked well.
