Confused

I snapped this photo yesterday when Batman was confused by Smaller’s presence on the couch during the middle of the day. She decided she wanted to try and nap closer to parental support, and she did end up managing a little rest. She felt a lot brighter in the evening and went to school just fine this morning, so at least his poor fuzzy brain wasn’t confused for too long.

I’ve been playing quite a bit of Civilization VI lately. Z had spotted it in the Humble Choice for this month, so we got that and the expansion pass thingie, which means alll the thinggggssgsgsz. Today has been the first not losing my tiny little mind of it, ’cause I found a guide to get around the 2K launcher (which was making the game crash every two seconds). I’m amused that I’ve actually made it to the point where victories are gonna happen — past the one religious victory I scored last week, but religious victories are fairly simple in the scheme of things. I don’t feel the need to turn them off like I did cultural victories in Civilization III… but we’ll see. I suspect I’ll get bored and move on to something else sooner rather than later.

For now though, having fun, vaguely yarning… so back to that.
