What the Even

Z had gone outside to water the sunflowers earlier, so I wandered out afterwards so I could claim that I actually went outside once today. I sat on the stoop to chat, and noticed this specimen. Um… since when did Godzilla breed with a dandelion? I need to see if I can find out what it is, besides ‘really gigantic dandelion’ (which might genuinely be the extent of it, because the colouration is right for dandelion rather than say, salsify).

Past that… it’s been cheerfully generic. The weather has been cool and a touch rainy. Some productive amount of work got done. I played some Minecraft for Smaller’s edification. I don’t mind her hanging around doing her thing while I do my thing, especially since she more or less keeps to the side and not directly in my lap. I like a good cuddle from my littlest, but she’s increasingly not so little. I can still pick her up and fling her around some though, so I am in no rush to completely oust her cuddly ways. ‘Sides, if she’s gonna decide Daddy is the better burper (I contest this <__<), then I might as well be the better carrier-of while I can, ha ha.

Right, gonna go get some caffeine into my head, maybe throw some meds at my headache. Have a goodun!
