Down and Around

It’s looking like I am gonna have a finished pair of socks tonight — woot! I don’t know what pattern I want to do for the next one, but I guess I’ll figure that out once I pull wool out of the stash and look at it.

Smalls came down after bedtime last night because her ear was hurting. She ended up sleeping downstairs on the couch with her father once the Calpol had a bit to set in, and she was tentatively going to stay with me today. But then I reminded Z that it was class photos, and she decided that she wanted to go in for that. We fully expected her to call to come home after (whenever they were), but she ended up staying the whole day. She doesn’t appear to have an ear infection, so we’re figuring it might be teeth-related… it’s always teeth related with kids. ¬¬ But anyways, she’s headphones off today, and we’ll see how she’s doing tonight/tomorrow.

Right. Gonna go digest dinner, and work on that sock.
