Staaation

I had an old old internet friend come to visit today, which was excellent. We’ve known each other for the better part of 20 years, and this was the first chance we’ve had for our paths to cross in person. It was a good visit! Smaller was cranking up the chatter and charm as usual, while Smalls mainly curled up in her corner doing her own thing. We pretty much talked the entire time we were in each other’s company, which was impressive. I certainly hope that we get to do it again in future.

That’s been the main thing today. I worked on my knitting while we were talking because I tend to be very productive when I combine those two things. That, and I’d not pulled my knitting out for a few days because I’d been playing with jewellery, so it was nice to get back to it. I didn’t last night because I was just buried under exhaustion, and did that whole staying up until my normal bedtime just to be stubborn. Like, if I thought extra sleep would help, I’d snatch it up in gulps, but alas ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Right, I am going to go hydrate a bit, then think about… stuff. *laughs*
