Purrfect Pals

Z came over to sit and chat with me, and Poison decided it was time to use his head for a butting post. I mean, she always does, and it’s always cute, but it’s usually on the other side of the room. So I figured getting a picture while getting a picture was easy was probably a good idea, hee hee.

My day in the office today was more or less productive. I was going in to learn a process in our work program that was better explained in person, and indeed, it was. I’m circled back around to just over a week behind today, which means I should be able to catch up nicely next week. I am most pleased.

I also had a nice chat with my sister. Well, she was having a mini-meltdown, and then I had a mini-meltdown, but we generally have great conversations and cover a lot of ground, and it did. We both agree that we need to find more time to talk, but we both tend to keep busy/time zones/etc. Still, I am glad for the relationship that we have as adults; it is vastly superior to the one we had as children.

*yawns* Right, child herding. Then knitting and gaming. Knock on wood, Civ II: The Test of Time has been working properly on my laptop for the past couple of days, and it seriously is the only game I want to play. So yanno, happy about that.
