Blanket Party

There was a bit of snow on the ground when I woke up this morning — but only a bit. There was more plastered to the side of the car, which tried to cling on in spite of rain. It’s really cold and wet out there still, albeit still rain instead of snow. Between that and E not able to go out tonight, I’m waffling on whether I myself will. I guess we’ll see how I feel after I have some obligatory turkey curry, ha ha.

It’s been a good day though. I had a really nice bath, and I’ve been doing a bit of knitting. I’m feeling better than I was the day before, which yanno, step in the right direction. It’s probably helping that we’re getting to sleep in a bit; even if the girls tend to stir themselves fairly early, I think Z is getting to doze until after 9 with me. I admit that I’m not paying the most attention because oh, trying to sleep! It getting a bit colder again has been good too, as I sleep a lot better when I’m slightly chilly.

Past that, Z completed the newest Life is Strange chapter. He commented that he wants to circle back and play the first game again. I’m totally down with that, as it makes for some good watching. I don’t know if we’re going to get straight into that, but yanno, whenever. 🙂
