Just Add Bodies

Smalls had a scheduled playdate, and then invited another friend around. So we’ve just had a few hours of elephants up and down the stairs, and general mirth-making. It was nice in a way. While I wouldn’t want to take on that level of noise on the daily, it makes me happy to see Smalls spread her wings and play with friends and all of that. I’m hoping this potentially starts an era of her organising her own hangings out — with our blessing, of course.

Past that, managed some good knitting progress while chatting with E. So that was nice. She’s doing a scarf for our charity efforts. I’ve pulled out some chunky I had stashed that I’ll put that way too… once I make myself finish this hat. I’m almost through the ribbing, so it feels like things are moving in the right direction.
